We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Replacements are provided for eligible orders only, as outlined below.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@rootedbyteara.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will gladly offer a replacement for confirmed damaged items. Customers will not be responsible for shipping costs related to replacing damaged products.
